Thea Thorpe is a certified personal trainer and group exercise specialist dedicated to making fitness enjoyable for families. With her expertise, she crafts unique fitness programmes that encourage families to bond while promoting healthy living. Being a single mum herself and feeling isolated and craving a social environment where she can balance both health and family. Thea created a safe space to unite her passion for both heathy living and social activities with her 3 year old son- Indigo.
These family fitness classes are built to accommodate all ages and fitness levels, focusing on teamwork, fun, and building lasting memories through movement.
